THE TEAM
RICHARD COLLETT
Richard lived in China for 11 years initially working in technology developing business markets for Europe & North America for a large Chinese outsourcing & globalisation company. Subsequently, Richard established two companies (Beijing & Hong Kong) focussing on business services & product development/ supply chain management for international / non-Chinese business entities. During this time Richard developed a strong knowledge of Chinese culture and business sense. Richard can speak, read & write Mandarin.
MIN CHEN
Min is a Chinese national with considerable business knowledge from inside China. Min has worked for both local and international organisations within China and understands the differences in business styles. Min brings a personal touch to all negotiations and has proven invaluable in resolving misunderstandings due to cultural differences. Her ability to see both sides of the coin consistently brings about benefits to her projects. Min can speak, read & write English.
